Primelase® — how laser hair removal really works.
Primelase® is a high-performance diode laser manufactured by the Spanish company Cocoon Medical / Sinclair. The device operates at a wavelength of 810 nm — the scientifically recognised frequency for laser hair removal on all hair and skin types.
The principle is simple: melanin in the hair follicle absorbs the laser light. The resulting heat permanently destroys the hair root's growth cells while leaving surrounding tissue unharmed, and CrystalFreeze™ sapphire contact cooling at a constant 5°C protects the skin surface.
Because hair grows in cycles (anagen, catagen, telogen) and the laser only disables hairs in their active growth phase, you need a series of sessions — typically 5–10 sessions for an 80–90% permanent reduction. That is biology, not marketing.

Shave 24 hours beforehand
Ideally, the day before your appointment. No waxing or plucking in the four weeks leading up to it — that’s part of the plan.

Treatment
15–60 minutes depending on the number of areas. Safety goggles, CrystalFreeze™ cooling, you provide feedback. Recorded in your treatment log.

After the treatment
Slight redness may occur, but this will subside within a few hours. Avoid heat, saunas and exercise for 48 hours — aftercare is key to achieving the best results.

Shedding
1–3 weeks after the session, the treated hairs will fall out naturally. This is the visible sign that the laser has worked.

After 4–8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. We tailor the intensity and intervals to suit your individual response.
What we can realistically promise: 80–90% permanent reduction in 5–10 sessions, Depending on the zone, hair color and hormonal status. For large areas like legs, usually 6–10 sessions, for bikini line and underarms 5–8 sessions. Some clients need maintenance 1–2× per year — that’s biology, not a treatment error. If you complete the 5-session plan and don’t wax or pluck in between, you’ll see the results the technology promises.
