alestetics GmbH – General Terms and Conditions for Cosmetic Treatments

Scope

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter «T&Cs») govern the relationship between alestetics GmbH (hereinafter «alestetics») and you as a client.

Cosmetic services

alestetics provides cosmetic treatments as a service, including non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures (e.g. microneedling). The duration of the treatment depends on the agreement in each individual case. The treatment time begins at the agreed time. A spontaneous extension of the booked treatment is only possible if other appointments are not affected.

Booking, confirmation and reminders

You can book online or at our clinic. Every booking is binding. After each booking, online or in person, you receive a confirmation email. Using the link in this email, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before it. You also receive a reminder email 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation and no-shows

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment: online via the link in the email, by phone or in writing. This applies on every day, including weekends. For later cancellations or no-shows, we charge the full price of the booked treatment. For packages, the session is deducted.

Prices

The offers of alestetics GmbH are subject to change; prices may change. Unless otherwise agreed, the prices shown on our website at the time of treatment apply.

Payment

You pay for individual treatments immediately after they are completed. Packages bought online are paid in advance. At the clinic, you can also book your first session as an individual treatment and buy and pay for the package at the checkout right after this treatment. Vouchers are paid on purchase. You can pay in cash, by PostFinance, debit or credit card, or with TWINT.

Liability

You must report obvious treatment defects to us in writing within 3 calendar days after you could have noticed the defect. Otherwise, warranty rights are excluded. No further warranties or guarantees are given, including with regard to the tolerability and success of treatment methods and products used.

The liability of alestetics is limited to gross negligence and intentional acts. These limitations do not apply to culpable injury to life, body or health, to the quality of the product, or to fraudulently concealed defects. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, any claims for damages are limited to typical and foreseeable damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Claims for damages against alestetics expire three months after the contractually agreed end of the treatment if you do not assert them within this period.

alestetics is not liable for damages caused by incorrect information or the omission of essential information by you.

Vouchers

You can only use vouchers to pay for treatments that are offered at the time of redemption and during opening hours.

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You must redeem the voucher within this period; no extension is possible afterwards.

Cash payouts, including of remaining balances if the voucher value exceeds the amount due, and exchanges for merchandise vouchers in the online shop are not possible.

Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. In the event of loss or theft, the voucher will not be replaced.

Packages

A package is valid only for the treatments it includes; it cannot be offset against other services/treatments. Packages are personal and non-transferable. Each package has its own validity period (see package). Sessions not used by then expire without refund (pause or extension: see below). Paid packages are non-refundable.

In case of illness or pregnancy, we pause or extend your package free of charge; a medical certificate may be required. For other reasons, a pause or extension is possible for a fee of CHF 100. The package terms and conditions you receive on purchase also apply.

Data protection

We generally treat your personal data as confidential and use and process it exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You agree that your personal data may be used for our own and third-party advertising purposes (e.g. sending a customer newsletter and taking part in our own competitions). You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time without giving reasons and withdraw your consent for the future.

Self-pay services

All services provided by alestetics are excluded from cost sharing by health insurance companies. All services are self-pay services.

Final provisions, jurisdiction and applicable law

If any provision is or becomes invalid, the validity of all other provisions or agreements remains unaffected.

The court in Zurich shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. Swiss law shall apply.

These terms and conditions apply from 22 October 2026.
