Tightness, a sallow complexion, make-up settling into fine lines — hyaluronic acid is delivered into the deeper layers of the epidermis using pressurised oxygen, rather than simply being applied to the surface.

Immediately after a Vivace®, BioRePeel®, PRX-T33®, IPL or Volnewmer® treatment — the skin’s barrier is temporarily more receptive, and that is precisely when we deliver active ingredients deep into the skin.

Dermadrop TDA® is a needle-free infusion of active ingredients developed by the German company Meddrop BioMedical Technologies, based in Hamburg — a non-invasive procedure that delivers hyaluronic acid, peptides and vitamins, combined with pure oxygen, deep into the skin’s layers.
What sets Dermadrop apart from traditional active ingredient treatments is the TDA technology (Transdermal Application) — a patented system that opens the skin barrier for a few seconds without damaging it. Pure oxygen delivers the active ingredients deep into the skin in a controlled manner — usually painless, Without needles, without micro-injuries. One of the few treatments that we also use for sensitive skin, redness, couperose or just before important events.

Recovery
It helps to restore the skin's barrier after intensive treatments.
After Vivace®, BioRePeel®, or IPL, the skin barrier is briefly open — which makes it highly receptive. Applying Dermadrop right after in the same session delivers hyaluronic acid, peptides, and vitamins when they can penetrate deepest. The skin calms down faster, and the active ingredients work sooner. In our experience, this is the best reason to combine Dermadrop.
Sensitivity
It’s the solution for skin that reacts to everything.

Before treatment
Skin assessment and choice of active ingredients.
A brief consultation to discuss your skin type, current skin condition and your goals. Based on this, we select the right combination of active ingredients — hyaluronic acid for hydration, peptides for firmness, and vitamins for a tired complexion. For first-time clients, we recommend the free AURA 3D skin analysis beforehand to create a personalised plan.

During the session · 45–60 mins
Oxygen pressure instead of a needle.
You lie back and relax whilst your skin is cleansed and prepared. We then gently glide the Dermadrop handpiece over your skin — all you’ll feel is a cool, precise stream of air. No stinging, no burning, no pressure. This is followed by a personalised mask, Dermalux™ LED phototherapy and SPF 50.

After the treatment
Instant glow. No downtime.
You’ll leave the clinic with visibly plump, hydrated skin — no redness, no tightness. You can wear make-up again on the same day. For long-lasting results, we recommend a session every 4 to 6 weeks — either on its own or as part of a combination treatment.

Dermadrop TDA® is a needle-free active ingredient treatment at alestetics® in Zurich. A cool, precise airflow opens the skin barrier for a few seconds without damaging it, allowing hyaluronic acid, peptides, and vitamins to reach the skin.
What does Dermadrop TDA® cost in Zurich? +
A treatment costs CHF 250, neck + CHF 100, décolleté + CHF 200. In the Basic Commitment Plan you get 5 sessions for CHF 1'000 (valid for 6 months), selectable between Dermadrop TDA®, HydraFacial™, BioRePeel® and PRX-T33®.
Does Dermadrop TDA® hurt? +
Usually not: Most people only feel a cool air flow without any stinging. That’s why it’s a good introduction for anyone who doesn’t want needles.
How long does a session last – is there downtime? +
45–60 minutes including mask, Dermalux™ LED and SPF 50. There is no downtime.
How often should I use Dermadrop TDA®? +
As a course of treatment, we recommend 3–4 sessions with a one-week interval between them; after that, approximately one refresher session per month.
Can I combine Dermadrop TDA® with other treatments? +
Yes, for example after HydraFacial™, after Stellar M22™ IPL or directly after Vivace®, BioRePeel® or Volnewmer® in the same session – the skin usually soothes down more quickly.
