RF Microneedling in Zurich – Vivace® for scars, pores and firmer skin

Vivace® RF Microneedling for the Facial costs CHF 600 – including active ingredient ampoule (e.g., hyaluronic acid), individual mask, Dermalux™ LED phototherapy, head massage, and SPF 50. Add-Ons: Neck + CHF 100, Decolleté + CHF 200.

With the 3-session plan, you get 3 sessions for CHF 1,500 instead of CHF 1,800 — spaced over roughly 3 months. The initial AURA 3D skin analysis is free.

For most skin concerns, we recommend 3 sessions at intervals of 4–6 weeks — structured as a pack of three. This is followed by a Maintenance session every 6–12 months, in order to maintain the results in the long term.

Deeper acne scars may need up to 6 sessions — we often combine Vivace® locally with ResurFX™ (Stellar M22™) for faster, stronger results. We map out your plan during the free AURA 3D skin analysis based on your skin type, history, and goals.

At most 1 day. Because we use fine needles and calm the skin right after with Dermalux™ LED phototherapy, downtime with Vivace® is minimal — usually at most one day of mild redness, often less.

You can wear make-up the next day. Avoid sun, sauna, and peels for a week, and wear SPF 50 daily. Initial results appear after 2–3 weeks, and the full effect builds over 3–6 months.

Vivace® is considered one of the most comfortable RF microneedling treatments available. Its robotic motor guides the fine needles smoothly — unlike harsher deep-needling devices that use thicker needles.

Yes — Vivace® RF microneedling is one of the the most established treatments for acne scars. The combination of mechanical microneedling and radiofrequency energy specifically stimulates collagen production in the scarred areas of the skin.

For deeper acne scars, we plan to localised increase in intensity in the affected areas, while we moderate surrounding areas. Depending on the severity, up to 6 sessions required – often combined with ResurFX™ locally for faster results –, complemented by an NCTF® active ingredient layer during the same session.

Yes — and that is one of the the best combinations in our Skin Quality System. After Vivace®, the Microcanal open for 4–6 hours — Active ingredients penetrate deeper than at any other time.

Volnewmer® and SkinPen® Microneedling not in the same session — we leave a two-week gap.

Yes. Metal implants (such as dental implants, screws, or plates) are not a contraindication for Vivace® RF Microneedling — the radiofrequency acts near the surface and does not affect deeper metal.

The situation is different with active electronic implants such as pacemakers or defibrillators — these are a contraindication. We will discuss this with you individually during the consultation.

Vivace® is not suitable for:

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Active skin infections, herpes or inflammation in the treatment area
• Active electronic implants (pacemakers, defibrillators)
• Autoimmune diseases or active immunotherapy
• Taking isotretinoin (Roaccutane) — a 6-month interval is recommended
• Anyone under the age of 18

No, Vivace® is not a laser: It combines 36 gold-coated microneedles with radiofrequency. Because the effect is not dependent on skin pigment, it is also an option for darker skin types.

A session at alestetics® in Zurich takes about 60 minutes, including the mask, Dermalux™ LED, head massage, and SPF 50.

You will usually see the first changes after 2–3 weeks. The full results take 3–6 months to appear, as the skin forms new collagen and elastin. Results are individual.

Avoid sun, sauna and peels for a week and apply SPF 50 daily. Makeup is possible from the next day; mild redness usually subsides within a day.
