What PRX-T33® is.
PRX-T33® is a biorevitalising peel developed by the Italian company WiQo, part of GPQ — a pioneer in aesthetic medicine and the founder of the PRX Therapy philosophy: biorevitalisation without needles and without visible peeling. The patented formula combines 33% Trichloroacetic acid with Hydrogen peroxide and Kojic acid.
Unlike classic TCA peels, PRX-T33® works deep in the dermis while the surface stays calm. Hydrogen peroxide tempers surface inflammation, which is why the skin does not visibly peel. At the same time, TCA stimulates new collagen and firms the dermis, while kojic acid helps even out skin tone. Three actions in one short session.

A brief discussion about your skin type, skin condition and treatment goals. We decide together: PRX-T33® on its own, or combined with NCTF® / Dermadrop in the same session, or as preparation for an upcoming Vivace® treatment. For first-time clients, we recommend the free AURA 3D skin analysis beforehand to create a personalised plan.

During the session · 45–60 mins
Precise massage movements — no needles, no pricks.
The skin is cleansed. PRX-T33® is used with precise massage movements applied — apply one or more layers, depending on your skin condition. For very sensitive skin or skin that has been properly prepared, a single layer is often sufficient; for more intensive treatments, we apply several layers. The active ingredient penetrates deep into the skin without causing any irritation to the surface. You may feel a slight tingling sensation or warmth — this is quite tolerable. Followed by: a customised mask, Dermalux™ LED phototherapy, a relaxing head massage and SPF 50.

After the treatment
You can go out straight away. No visible redness. No downtime.
Thanks to Dermalux™ LED phototherapy right after the session, most clients leave the clinic with no visible redness. Unlike classic TCA peels, PRX-T33® rarely causes visible flaking. You can wear make-up the same day, though letting the skin breathe is better. Avoid exercise, sauna, and heat for 24 hours, use gentle skincare, and wear SPF 50 daily. Freshness shows right away, and full results build over the course.

How many sessions will I need? +
That depends on your skin type and your skincare goals. PRX-T33® works best as a course of treatment over several sessions — depending on your specific concern (skin quality, anti-ageing, pigmentation, texture), between 4 and 6 sessions at two-week intervals.

Is PRX-T33® really a "peel without peeling"? +
Yes. PRX-T33® is a Genuine TCA peel with 33% trichloroacetic acid — but the patented WiQo formula combines TCA with Hydrogen peroxide, which inhibits the inflammatory response on the skin's surface. The result: The effect is felt deep down, not on the surface.
Visible peeling rarely occurs — the key difference from classic TCA peels. Thanks to Dermalux™ LED phototherapy right after the session, most clients leave the clinic with no visible redness.
What is the difference between this and BioRePeel®? +
Both are premium Italian exfoliators for Skin Quality — but with different focuses:
- PRX-T33®: 33% TCA + hydrogen peroxide + kojic acid. Deep biorevitalisation, with a smooth, even texture. Ideal for pre-ageing care, skin quality, firmness and pigmentation.
- BioRePeel®: 35% TCA + hydroxy acids + amino acids + GABA. Exfoliating properties with biostimulation. Ideal for acne, pores, PIH and a healthy glow with gentle exfoliation.
During the consultation, we’ll determine which option suits you best based on your skin type and your goals. In many cases, we combine both treatments on a rotating basis within a treatment plan — though never in the same session.
Can I do PRX-T33® in the summer? +
Yes. Unlike classic TCA peels, PRX-T33® is suitable all year round — even in summer, without a 4–6-week sun ban. The patented formula causes no strong light sensitivity after the session.
Nevertheless, the following applies: SPF 50 every day is mandatory — especially for pigment treatment and after peeling, so that the result remains stable and no new hyperpigmentation occurs.
Does PRX-T33® cause any pain? +
PRX-T33® operates fully needle-free. Applying it with precise massage movements creates a gentle A tingling sensation or a feeling of warmth, which most customers find easy to tolerate.
We follow a clear protocol and tailor the intensity and number of sessions to your skin goals and how your skin responds — for very sensitive skin or well-prepared skin, one coat is often sufficient.
Can I combine PRX-T33® with NCTF®, Dermadrop or Volnewmer®? +
Yes — and these are the the best combinations in our Skin Quality System. The golden rule: Exfoliate first, then apply the active ingredient layer.
Right after PRX-T33®, the skin barrier is highly receptive — active ingredients like NCTF® 135 HA or Dermadrop TDA® penetrate deeper than usual. With Volnewmer® RF, we reverse the order — applying PRX-T33® after Volnewmer® in the same session to add glow and even tone to the lifting effect.

PRX-T33® is not suitable for:
- Active skin infections or herpes in the treatment area

- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Anyone under the age of 18
For very sensitive skin, severe redness, couperose, or after recent isotretinoin therapy, we assess suitability on a case-by-case basis. PRX-T33® is often also a good option when other peels would be too aggressive — but we discuss this together during the consultation.
Is PRX-T33® suitable for sensitive skin? +
Yes, PRX-T33® is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, skin prone to redness, and darker skin tones. In cases of severe redness, couperose, or after isotretinoin therapy, we make an individual decision.
How long does a PRX-T33® treatment take? +
45–60 minutes, including mask, Dermalux™ LED, head massage and SPF 50.
When will I see results after PRX-T33®? +
You will usually see the glow after the first session. A noticeable improvement in skin quality is seen after about the third session; the full series usually includes 4–6 sessions. Results are individual.
Can I put on makeup right after PRX-T33®? +
Makeup is possible on the same day, but we recommend not to do it. 24 hours no sports and no sauna; after that, SPF 50 daily.
Does PRX-T33® help with hyperpigmentation? +
PRX-T33® freshens and evens out the complexion, but for stubborn pigmentation it cannot match laser or IPL and would take many sessions. When Stellar M22™ IPL or LaseMD Ultra™ can clear pigment in a few sessions, we prefer those.
